Parima Restaurant in it's current splendor, was created in 1974 by Brian Fox. The wonderful woodwork, brass fixtures, cathedral ceiling and Maple floors were all hand-crafted by a host of local craftsmen.
The restaurant has been under the leadership of Jip Jotikasthira since 1994, when she assumed ownership of the restaurant after completing her studies at The University of Vermont.
Parima offers more than 8,000 square feet of meeting and banquet facilities. The Acoustic Lounge was inspired by the designer Frank Lloyd Wright, and can accommodate up to 70 people - it is the crowning jewel of our banquet and private events and hosts weekly live music.
The main dining room accommodates up to 140 people, and our "Secret Courtyard" has room for up to 30 more in the warmer months. We take special pride in our Special Event services and our imaginative menu. Selections are skillfully prepared and courteously served by our experienced staff.
