Our new Noodle Bar let's you custom build a delicious Thai meal anytime we're open!

The traditional way to enjoy your noodle bowl is to adjust the flavor by adding ingredients from the spice condiment tray. Sugar, chili pepper, vinegar and fish sauce can be added to increase the heat or sweetness. Soy sauce can be substituted for fish sauce.

Please remember that the dry chili pepper is VERY spicy, add a little bit at a time. After adding the spices or seasonings into the noodle, mix it well, so the flavors are distributed evenly.

Traditionally, oriental soup spoons with chopsticks are the tools for enjoying the noodle bowls. For those who still find using chopsticks is a challenge, fork can be a substituted tool. Enjoy your noodles!
